We are located in a charming and centrally located
building (10 minutes by vaporetto and 15 minutes by walk from S.Marco
square and from the railway) overlooking a canal perpendicular of the most
important canal in Venice, the Grand Canal.
Our rooms are 30 meters far the S.Marcuola vaporetto stop, also, there are
not any stairs or bridge arriving at our bed and breakfast from the
vaporetto stop. These rooms were just recently totally renovated and
furnished.
As a result, they have all the modern luxuries while retaining their
charm. They are all bright, comfortable and quiet. |

FINDING US
We are located close to the vaporetto stop in San Marcuola.
Walk straight through the small intersection.
When you
enter the small garden, ring the first bell on your right numbered "1765"
ARRIVING IN VENICE BY TRAIN
The railway Station is about 300m from our place.
You can reach us with line n. 82 - 1 vaporetto.
You can reach
us at only the first or the second stop on the 82 or 1 "Vaporetto" at the "San Marcuola"
stop.
ARRIVING IN VENICE BY CAR
If you arrive by car, we suggest you
to park at Piazzale Roma, where there are the
main garages. Once you have parked
your car you
can reach us at only the second or the third stop on the 82 or 1 "Vaporetto" at
the "San Marcuola" stop.
ARRIVING IN VENICE FROM MARCO
POLO AIRPORT (TESSERA)
You
may choose to take a water taxi from the airport to our Bed and Breakfast
(but be aware
that it's expensive approx 90,00 Euro).
You may also
take line n.5 to Piazzale Roma , which is less expensive, and then take the boat
line 1 or 82.
